Turn happy customers into public reviews, and catch unhappy ones privately first.
Ask customers for reviews in their portal
When on, customers see a “Leave a review” card in their portal.
A rating at or above this goes to your public review links. Below it goes to a private feedback inbox, so you hear about a problem before the internet does.
Thank customers with an account credit for leaving feedback. 0 = off. The portal always shows a clear “we offer a credit for your feedback” line when this is set.
