Do I have to use the AI to use ClarityStride?+

No. The CRM core - customers, quotes, scheduling, manual invoicing - is free forever and works with zero AI. The AI employee is an add-on you switch on when it's paying for itself.

Does the AI ever send things without my OK?+

Only what you tell it to. Every automation has its own autonomy dial: off, draft-for-approval, or auto-send. Anything touching money, scheduling, or a complaint defaults to drafting for your approval first.

Where do my prices come from?+

Your own price matrix. You enter your tiers once; square footage goes in and an exact price comes out. The AI never guesses a number - pricing is deterministic.

Can I bring my data over from Copilot?+

Yes. We do a clean import of your customers and properties so you start with your book of business intact. Everything else starts fresh.

Is the demo call real?+

Yes. The 'call me' demo places one real, automated call from the same AI receptionist that answers the phone for the business. It's one call, about 60 seconds, with no follow-up. US and Canada only, and only after you check the consent box.

What does it cost?+

The CRM core is free. The Operator plan adds the AI employee and built-in texting and calling. The Scale plan adds the goal-paced dashboard, the AI receptionist, and the crew app. No per-seat games, no setup fee.
