1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ClarityStride website and product. By using ClarityStride, you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf.
2. The service
ClarityStride provides software for home-service businesses to manage customers, quotes, scheduling, communications, and bookkeeping. The product is under active development; features may change, and some are offered as early access.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no sending messages without the consent the law requires, no attempts to break security or tenant isolation, and no reverse-engineering or reselling the service without permission.
You are responsible for the messages and calls you send to your own customers through ClarityStride and for complying with telemarketing, anti-spam, and privacy laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM).
5. Billing
The CRM core is free. Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before any price change.
6. Your data
You own the business data you put into ClarityStride. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ClarityStride drafts wording and surfaces numbers to help you work faster, but you are responsible for reviewing what you send and the prices and invoices you approve.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClarityStride is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. You can export your data before you go.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post the new version here and update the effective date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
