1. Who we are
ClarityStride ("ClarityStride", "we", "us") provides software that helps home-service businesses manage customers, quotes, scheduling, communications, and bookkeeping. This policy explains what we collect from visitors to our website and from operators who use the product, and what we do with it.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business details, and anything you enter into a form (for example, the early-access list or the live demo-call form).
Information from using the product: the customer, quote, scheduling, messaging, and financial records you create inside the app, plus basic usage and device information.
Information collected automatically: standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and working.
3. SMS, calls, and demo-call consent
When you request the live demo call, you check a box agreeing to receive one automated call from ClarityStride to the number you provide. That consent is for a single demo call, US and Canada only, with no follow-up marketing calls or texts.
Operators who use ClarityStride to text or call their own customers are responsible for having the consent those communications require. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of any text program; reply HELP for help.
We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. How we use information
To provide and operate the product, place the demo call you request, respond to your messages, process payments, improve the service, and keep everything secure and compliant.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Service providers
We use trusted vendors to run the service, including cloud hosting and database (Supabase), telephony and messaging (Twilio and our AI voice provider), payments (Stripe), and AI model providers used to draft text. These providers process data only to perform services for us and are bound by their own commitments to protect it.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Demo-call records are kept only as long as needed to operate and rate-limit the demo and prevent abuse. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, and we will honor them.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and strict tenant isolation, so one business's data is never visible to another. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
9. Children
ClarityStride is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
